Archbishop William E. Lori announced March 13 that he has dispensed all members of the faithful of the Archdiocese of Baltimore from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass, including those parishioners who are ill, or suspect they are ill with a contagious illness, or who are concerned they may become ill by attending Mass.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan on March 12 announced that public gatherings would be restricted to 250. The Archbishop is limiting attendance at Masses to 250. Please know that the parishes of St. Louis in Clarksville, St. Francis in Fulton, Resurrection & St. Paul in Ellicott City, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Ellicott City, and St. Alphonsus in Woodstock have cancelled all Sunday masses (including Saturday evening vigil masses) for both March 14-15 and 21-22 weekends.
